Mithran Angadi is a small family workshop. We buy seeds and grains directly from organic farmers around our village, press them in a slow-turning wooden chekku and mill them on stone before they reach your kitchen.
No chemicals, no synthetic colours, no preservatives. Every batch is small and shipped with its manufacturing date so you always know how fresh it is.
A fair price for the farmer and honest food for your family โ that is the whole idea.
